Services we offer
My Care Home Care INC offers home and community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities. All services are provided in accordance with Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) rules, Medicaid waiver guidelines, and each individual’s approved Individual Service Plan (ISP).
Supported Living
Supported Living services assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, community participation, and personal choice.

Homemaker / Personal Care (HPC)
Homemaker/Personal Care services support individuals with essential daily activities to help maintain a safe and healthy living environment.

Residential Respite
Residential Respite services provide temporary support to individuals when their primary caregiver is unavailable.
Respite services may be provided:
Availability is subject to authorization, staffing, and individual need.
Future Programs
My Care Home Care INC may expand services to include additional programs, such as Adult Day Support, pending licensure, certification, and authorization.
