My Care Home Care INC provides services to individuals eligible for Medicaid waiver programs, subject to authorization and availability.
Services may be offered under applicable Ohio Medicaid waivers, including those administered through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).
Eligibility, service hours, and supports are determined by the individual’s Service and Support Administrator (SSA) and approved Individual Service Plan (ISP).
